Welcome to Go-Detailor! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and interactions with us—whether you're booking online, in person, or over the phone. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Go-Detailor offers mobile car detailing services including but not limited to:

  • Exterior detailing

  • Interior detailing

  • Full-service packages

  • Add-ons such as headlight restoration, paint sealant, etc.

  • Services may vary depending on your location and vehicle condition.

    2. Booking & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or text.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.

    3. Payments

  • Payments are due upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.

  • Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or additional services requested.

    4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We take pride in our work. If you’re not satisfied with your service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

    5. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or malfunctioning parts.

  • By using our services, you agree that Go-Detailor is not liable for any incidental damages unless caused by gross negligence.

  • You authorize us to operate and move your vehicle as necessary for service.

    6. Carfax Integration

  • Some services are eligible for Carfax Vehicle History Reporting. By opting in, you authorize us to share basic service data (e.g., date, mileage, service type) with Carfax.

    7. Client Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise disruptive.

    8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services means you agree to the revised terms.
